Ok, this is one messed up write up… first the say “purchase by”, then in the fine print it says “received by”. Then it says circle the UPC when they clearly meant purchase price, because in the fine print it says Original store receipt with qualifying price circled and purchase date postmarked by 11/15/09 sooooo go with the fine print.
Anyhoooo this was written on the back of the coupon pull out in the 35th anniversary edition of People currently on the newsstands.
