rite aid trip today
I have always been a huge walgreens shopper so I never got into rite aid much. just now and then.
I think I have gone there a total of 3 times couponing.
Well, as usual, all the employees there are extremely friendly, helpful and go out of their way to provide great service.
IF you are familiar with walgreens at all, most people I have spoken to, have found it to be the opposite there. The deals are great, but the employees tend to not be the friendliest.
So, anyways, I went with a friend to score our diaper deal for the huggies pure and natural.
We were both able to find 3 packages in the size we needed and followed the employee to the front so he could ring it up.
No complaints, or rolled eyes or exasperated looks from him!
He took all our $3 coupons and $2 store coupons for the diapers and even the 20% off coupon from coupons.com
The 20% off coupon would not ring up. It went through the motions but no discount would come off the total.
So, being customer friendly as they are there,
Did he call a manager and wait for several minutes for one to finally show up? Nope.
Did he argue with us and tell us we had too many coupons? Nope.
Did he simply shrug his shoulders and say, well, guess I cant take it... Nope.
He actually scanned his employee discount card that gives him 20% off his purchases and gave both me and my friend his employee discount!!!!
♥♥Go rite aid!!
$13 after coupons and discount for THREE packages huggies
-$10 rite aid rebate offer on 3 pkgs hugggies(offer exp. today)
-$5 fall for savings rite aid rebate offer wyb up to $50 of anything in store
=$2 money maker on these diapers
(Try using the $5/20 rite aid coupon from watching their online videos at riteaid.com instead of the 20% off coupon, just in case your store is not so nice as mine was today. )
